Gentle horses and an experienced guide will take you on a trail ride with beautiful views, nature and wildlife. Make it a memorable summer! Fun outdoor activity everyone is sure to enjoy.

1 hour ride

The 1 hour guided horseback ride is a great option for beginner riders!

  • Children must be 6 and older for the 1 one hour ride. For safety children must be on their own horse, no double riding.
  • Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Weight limit is 240# and riders must be in good physical shape for mounting/dismounting.
  • These rides should ONLY be booked by Promontory members or guests staying at Promontory.
  • Rides locations open to the public are at Deer Valley,(Aspen grove ride, Jordanelle lookout ride)

2 hour ride

  • Children must be 8 and older for the 2 hour ride. No double riding.
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Weight limit is 240 pounds and riders must be in good physical shape for mounting/dismounting.
  • These rides should ONLY be booked by Promontory members or guests staying at Promontory.
  • Rides locations open to the public are at Deer Valley,(Aspen grove ride, Jordanelle lookout ride)
