What time should we arrive?
15 minutes before reserved ride time. Rides will leave at the scheduled time.
Can I send my child alone?
NO, an adult must ride with any child booked.
Can we double ride with a child or have a child lead behind a wrangler?
No, everyone has to be on their own horse and no leading.
Do you provide transportation?
No, customers must provide their own transportation to each ride location.

Do we have to wear helmets?
Anyone under 12 is required to wear helmets anyone over 12 helmets are optional, we provide them.
Can I trot or run on my horse?
NO, we only offer walking rides.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled or rescheduled before 72 hours of the reserved for you to be refunded in full and avoid any fees. Any cancellation within the 72 hours of the ride the customer will be responsible for the full price of the ride booked. Reservations may be rescheduled with in the 72 hour with a rescheduling fee of 50% of the total purchase of the ride one time, and may not cancel their ride after being rescheduled.
